The Process

The restoration of your headlights includes two main steps, explained in detail below:

1. Wet Sand Headlights

We begin by using gritty sandpaper to scrub the oxidized headlights, removing the haze that has built up over time. Both the headlight and the sandpaper are made wet before starting the process to ensure enough abrasion for scrubbing while protecting the headlight from damage. We use two different grades of sandpaper—600 Grit and 800 Grit—depending on the extent of oxidation.

2. Polishing

After sanding, we apply our Royalcarwash headlight cover restoration solution and use an advanced hi-speed polishing process. This process effectively removes unwanted haze and enhances the brightness of your headlights, resulting in clearer, more brilliant headlights and fog lights.
